Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions fully
- Retention of title - we retain ownership of materials already supplied until final payment
- Extra/surplus materials brought on site to ensure job completion remains property of TimberPro
- Due to atmospheric changes & the effect it has upon natural products we can not be responsible for or offer guarantee against timber that will shrink, warp or develop splits.
- We do not accept responsibility for work which has not been maintained, normal wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence on the part of the Customer, abnormal conditions including storm damage.

Payment terms
Please read these terms and conditions fully
- Final payment is due on the completion day of the work (NET0)
- Deposits and part payments may be required
- By going ahead with work you are declaring that you have the necessary funds to make payments and final payment
- We have the statutory right to charge interest on late payments and claim compensation for debt recovery costs
- HM Courts Service may be used to recover unpaid payments
Acceptance of these terms does not affect your legal rights

- Do I need planning permission? We always recommend you contact your local council for accurate information about planning rules and regulations in your area.
- Building Regulations? Certain buildings may require Local Building Regulations approval. It is the Customer's express responsibility to determine the need for, and obtain, all such approvals. If you do need us to meet a certain specification, please advise us. We can incorporate these into your building.
If you have any special site requirements or concerns, please state these at time of survey.
